Where is your office located?
My ‘office’ is wherever you are in Florida or New York. Please choose a private setting with a strong Internet connection. I will send you a link to enter my confidential therapy room before the session time.

How long are sessions?
For couples and families: sometimes longer, depending on your specific situation.
How much do you charge?
I set fees on an individual basis according to structured criteria and save a few therapy spaces for lower income clients.
Do you accept insurance?
How do I set up an initial appointment?
What is your cancellation policy?
It is customary to provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel a session.
I’ll evaluate last-minute emergencies on an individual basis.
What age ranges do you work with?
I find it gratifying to work with adults across a broad spectrum of age and development.
In a family therapy context, I work with children and adolescents.
Do you work with various racial and ethnic groups?
Do your clients receive assignments to work on between sessions?
What techniques do you use?
We’ll customize what we do to your specific situations, needs, and aspirations. Together, we can develop skills to assist with fear, anxiety and stress symptoms.
We’ll work to better align your expectations with real life circumstances.
We’ll use meditative relaxation methods to give you better sleep quality and mental clarity.
And we’ll engage insight-oriented and positive reinforcement methods to reveal your strengths and help you integrate the past with your new present.
What is your professional training and experience?
I have master’s degrees in social work and business administration.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve worked in hospital settings in psychiatry, oncology, and hospice.
Additionally, I have held executive leadership roles in various social service agency settings.
My combined skill set provides real world experience and readiness to work with you on a variety of personal and professional objectives.
